WORLDWIDE SHIPPING – THREEE

At THREEE, we proudly ship across the globe to connect our diverse and stylish community with our thoughtfully crafted pieces—no matter where you are. Below, you'll find detailed information on our domestic and international shipping services.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders within India.
We ship to all valid postal addresses. Please ensure your address includes the complete street name and PIN code. Courier services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Our logistics partners include BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Shree Tirupati Courier.
Most orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days. For custom-stitched orders, please allow an additional 4–5 working days.
These items may take 15–25 working days to dispatch. Each product is shipped as it’s ready; we don’t wait for the complete order to be ready.
Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually take 3–7 days.Tracking information will be shared via email once your order is shipped. Please allow for slight delays in email updates during system upgrades.
No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Items in a single order may ship separately for better safety and due to availability.
While COD is not currently offered, we provide secure prepaid payment options for a smooth checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Global Shipping Partners: We deliver worldwide using trusted services like FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and others. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over USD $150 qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee of USD $9.99.
Processing Time: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Custom-stitched items may take an additional 4–5 business days.
Express Shipping: Available for faster delivery. Express orders are processed in 3–5 business days, with 2–3 extra days for custom pieces. Charges are calculated at checkout.
Payment Policy: We only accept prepaid orders for international shipping. COD is not available and such orders will be cancelled.
Dispatch Time: Generally within 5–7 business days; custom items may require 7–10 business days.
Taxes & Duties: VAT, customs, and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination.
Import Duty Payment: Must be paid within 2 days of shipment arrival to avoid forfeiture.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled or modified. For assistance post-order, reach out to us at support@threee.com and we’ll do our best to help.

If an item becomes unavailable due to stock or quality concerns, we’ll notify you via Email or WhatsApp with alternatives or a refund.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How soon will I receive my store credit?

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email your store credit code. This can be applied at checkout in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section. Store credit must be used in full and within 1 year of issue.

Transit Risk
All parcels are insured. If a courier fails to deliver, THREEE covers the loss. However, we are not responsible for items lost/stolen after delivery.

Address Changes
Contact us within 24 hours of order placement for address modifications.

Incorrect Address Penalty
Customers are liable for penalties due to incorrect/incomplete addresses and any additional reshipping charges.

READY TO SHIP (RTS)

Our Ready To Ship section includes items that dispatch within 1–2 business days. For custom-stitched options, allow an additional 4–5 working days.

Lost Shipments
